Directions to Opelousas office:
Coming north on I-49 from the Lafayette area take the Judson Walsh exit left
under the overpass, continuing on until Judson Walsh intersects with Hwy
182-S. Turn right onto 182 and our building is the 4th on the right, just
past Thrifty Way Pharmacy.
Coming south from Alexandria area, take the third Opelousas exit at Judson Walsh turning right onto Judson Walsh continuing till it intersects with Hwy 182-S. Turn right onto 182. Our building is the 4th on the right just past Thrifty Way Pharmacy.
Directions to Lafayette office:
From the North:
Coming from I-49 take the I-10 W / I-49 S ramp.
Merge onto I-10 W. (go to #1)
From the West:
Go straight to #1
From the East:
Coming west on I-10 cross I-49 and continue west. (go to #1)
From the South:
Coming in North on US-90 take Kaliste Saloom West till it crosses Ambassador
Caffery Parkway. At the light take a left going South onto Ambassador Caffery
Pkwy. (go to #7)
- Stay straight on I-10 till you reach Ambassador Caffery Parkway exit.
- Take ramp to go South onto Ambassador Caffery Parkway.
- Follow Ambassador Caffery Parkway all the way to Johnston St.
- Cross Johnston and continue on Ambassador Caffery to Kaliste Saloom.
- Cross Kaliste Saloom.
- Go for 1/2 block to entrance of Women's and Children's Hospital.
- Take hospital driveway to stop sign and take a left to go into the south parking lot.
Dr. Prather's office is in the back two story building on the south side of Women's and Children's Hospital, first office down the hall to the left on the first floor.
